Carnival Madness

In Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at least 18 people were killed at separate carnivals in these areas, when parade floats were electrocuted by high voltage power cables.  These incidents caused tragedy and turmoil for the families of lost love ones, as well as for the cities reputations.  In the link below, the news story goes more in depth to this horrific incident.  What will Rio de Janeiro and Port-au-Prince do in response to these accidents?
