The US NBA announced that it will hold a basketball camp in Cuba for four days beginning April 23rd. Former players that speak spanish will go on the trip and two players and coaches from Cuba will also participate in the Cuba. Is this being done in an effort to continue to improve ties between Cuba and the U.S. in a slightly different way? We will find out, however there is a possibility that existing restrictions on recruiting Cuban players may be lifted.
